Booking

A booking is confirmed once you accept the WhatsApp quote we send and (for tour packages) pay the specified advance. For single-trip taxi services, verbal confirmation on phone or WhatsApp is treated as a confirmed booking.

Payment

Taxi services are payable on completion by cash, UPI, or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed. Tour packages require a 25% advance to lock hotel bookings, with the balance payable on the first day of travel. All fares are inclusive of tolls, driver bhatta and state entry taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cancellation

Local rentals and single-city trips: cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup.
Outstation cabs: cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup; 25% of the fare is charged for later cancellations.
Tour packages: advances are refundable in full up to 7 days before departure, 50% up to 3 days before, and non-refundable inside 72 hours — because hotel commitments are already made in your name.

Change of route or plan

You can change stops, add halts, or take a longer route during your trip. Extra distance is billed at the standard per-km rate for your vehicle and settled at trip end. There is no penalty for reasonable adjustments — just tell your driver.

Driver conduct and safety

Our drivers are trained not to exceed speed limits, not to drive continuously beyond 4 hours without a short break, and to refuse trips they consider unsafe (severe weather, blocked highway). If you feel a driver's conduct is inappropriate, call our office immediately on +91 8922834972 — we will replace the vehicle at no cost.

Liability

All our vehicles carry commercial insurance covering passengers as per Indian law. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure — road closures, weather, political events, temple-corridor security escalations, or vehicle breakdowns due to unforeseen mechanical failure. In the rare event of a breakdown, we dispatch a replacement vehicle at the earliest possible opportunity, and any pro-rata fare adjustment is made in your favour.

Personal belongings

We take reasonable care of belongings carried in our vehicles, but ultimate responsibility rests with the passenger. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the vehicle during temple visits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
