What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this site, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, optional email address, travel date, pickup and destination, and any special requests you tell us about (group size, elderly travellers, accessibility needs).

How we use it

Your information is used solely to prepare a quote, confirm a booking, dispatch a driver, and stay in touch during your trip. If you tell us you want package updates, we may occasionally message you about a route or offer you've asked about — you can opt out any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

We share your name, pickup point and phone number with the assigned driver, and nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with hotel chains, advertising networks, or aggregators.

How long we store it

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months to support repeat bookings and billing queries. You can ask us to delete your record earlier by emailing hello@indiscover.in.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of essential cookies to keep the site functioning. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@indiscover.in and we'll respond within 7 working days.
